Vila Alta offers houses and bungalows with a kitchen 200 meters from the beach and the Caraíva river. With a large corner lot and the northeast wind refreshing all our accommodations, it has excellent value for money, with options for 2 or 3 bedroom houses and new and spacious bungalows.

Our location is privileged, we are on Rua do Lagoa, next to the pharmacy, close to the river and the sea. Silence invites you to a good night's rest.

Ideal for families and groups of friends, Vila Alta can be booked by accommodation or the entire complex for up to 20 people. We received your small and polite pet with love! Let us know to check values.

The garden has a pergola and a shower. Vila Alta has a generator for the artesian well, cleaning service and linen change every 3 nights, white sheets and towels, air conditioning and wi-fi in all rooms.
